    Kryptview A780.

    Hi all.

    I got myself a Cryptview Box, from a Second Hand shop.

    Did a Factury reset & got some good chanels, Sky sport ch, Movies, Si-Fi.
    Cant get BBC1,2 or ITV1.

    Any input wellcome.

    did u install latest firm ware? and isit hooked up to router and cable. and did u search correct area with ur net id?

      Cryptview.

      Hi m8.

      None of the above, I use to have a Starview 7. so I just did I & cross my fingers.

      I know zero about Cryptview Flashing, sorry.

        i see. theres a few tips and guides as to do this. first of all id check if your box is running the latest firmware which i think is the april of this year. if you go back out of this post and the stickied topics at the top. the latest firmware is there.

        and have a look at what area code your on. if you have vermin legit box . go to Home-Settings-Technical Stuff. Net id is the top one. or theres a stickie somewere on net ids if you can find it google is your weapon of choice. HTH

            Last update was April, I did Factory reset & Auto search.

            No change, still the same.

              sounds like you are using the wrong net id.

              do a factory reset and choose an area by you
              for your net id from the list then scan for channels.

              It was mentioned earlier how to get your net id

              if you don't want to do that a bit of trial and error will do no harm just scan on different ids you will get different channel listings.

              make a note of which one is the best incase you need to rescan in future

              You need to do a factory reset between each scan to get the net id list up each time.

                  If you have a Kryptview then it sounds like you have wrong net id as mentioned above but if you have a Crpytview sorry I do not know never heard of that box till now.
