kv a780 problems

i have been having a few problems with my box,i have been trying to put the firmware into my box but it just keeps saying,the downloading is not requested,i have tried it with the null modem cable straight from the serial port and also through a usb/serial port. any help would be appreciated thanks

sorry still having problems only getting freeview channels,i have tried to update but it just says searching for update,any ideas cheers

power off at rear box modem and router for 30 secs after you have a channel list to get an ip address.

ah i missed you posted the date,its wrong it needs updating by new firmware by null modem cable,then updated to newer one,downloads link above.
