dissapearing channels

sky sports 1 and three missing off list just dissapeared about a week ago .itv and channel 4 missing off list for about 6 weeks can not get them back either tried all local tps to no avail, has this happened to anyone else

You probably scanning on the wrong net id

tried all ids in area had no problem before

try removing any splitters and plug box in as near as possible to where the feed enters your house and re scan
