boxes dont have talk back but they have a record of all your internet activity if you are using their bb, regardless of VPN's etc.

If your using a VPN properly then not even VM can track an endpoint connection without the cooperation of the VPN service provider.

They may know your using a VPN (even which VPN) but they have no idea what data your communicating or what the final destination is.
