Both SS1 & 3 use the same TP recken your a TP down.

Try a scan direct from the wall socket without splitter.

To check which Net ID to use Setting/Tech Stuff /Net ID is top of the list on VM sub box if you have one

When you started a thread with the same problem at the begining of september i suggested that you scan straight from the wall socket just like lac has in this thread, have you tried that?

Do you have a VM sub box if so check Net ID is correct.

These channels also use the same TP as SS1 & SS3 if you don't have these channels as said a TP is down.

You may be scanning on the wrong Net ID as said,
using your VM box remote press Setting--Tech Stuff--top one is the Net ID to be used

The channels posted previously confirms a TP is missing

Signal strength is high better a little lower as too strong a signal is as bad as a weak signal
