i think if it was down u would have had forum flooded with posts have u rebooted router and box? i hope ur not getting no or bad signal message if so and ur not a subscribing customer uv been cut off

than m8.no my signals ok.but says scrambled or no video.tried switching the modem,router still no joy. free channel ok.any help will be appriciated.
