KV Stuck

Hi Guys

my kv has stuck on the instolation screen after i hit the green button 2 search for TPs it says 1 allready 2 allready acsists then nothing it usely come up with glasgow but nothing any advice would be helpfull

you will always stay there when you dont find channels,have you factory reset then powered off at rear for a min or 2 then on rescan from direct source,no lan connected,tried correct provider?then select correct netid and when finished scanning insert lan and reboot box modem and router.

had the same problem a couple days ago then got it working after dissconecting box & router for a few mins .
