channels missing and lots of glitchng

hi is any one else having problems with glitching especially in the documentary channels and has any one else lost most of the kids channels mainly disney 1's. in general most of the channels drop out then come back but the service is pathetic its beyond a loke KV are as good as dead and burried i bet starview ahve better service than this shambles! where is the suppossedly good customer support we all used to hear about!!! SORT IT ****ING OUT kV

sky sports in particular has been glitchey all week.

got sky sports news on now and it just has the occasional glitch.
