How long does it actually take kyrptview to get everything up and running smoothly again and get all channels back it's been months ...

if they were to get showcase up and running again, i would think they would have to kill another 2/3 channels. they need to sacrifice u see, 1 fix channel = 2 dead channels

new channels and tps are coming and net ids are changing,so a factory reset and rescan and maybe new id to be added.vm doing a shuffle for the hd channels.

YO can any1 help me I am not getting sky showcase... the channel ain't even on the list??? :S. I've dun all the factory reset stuff.. using the hayes tp...

VM had a complete rearrangement as part and parcel of the N3 rollout such that all networks are now effectively all TW (all N3 cards are provider 5A - the TW identifier). Whilst the majority of the old NetId regions still exist you'll likely find frequencies have changed significantly (part of that is for the new transponders (mostly to accomodate HD channels), there are now somewhere around 50 transponders instead of the previous 35)

In my case i dont think the net id has changed... all the other channels are fine... sky showcase is not even on the channel list... i cant be the only one with this problem surely?!!!

Showcase uses the same TP as the channels below,try a manual scan on that TP

230: Nat Geographic
231: Nat Geographis +1
281: Sky Arts 1

sorry mate im abit dumb... as i no the frquency is 427.00

how would i search that in terms of the manual search option.

the menu has the following fields:


network: (which is preset to telewest)
channel: (which is preset to 13)
frequency [MHz] : (which is preset to 251.00)
symbol rate [ms/s] : which is preset to 6.952)
modulation : (preset to 64 QAM)
channel search type: (preset to network)

i've noticed non of the channels stated above actually work on my kryptview box... Cheers in advance.
