are yu getting fta channels?

go into installation then software update and see if it connects to server.

is it an a780 or a750 you have?

i have a750 with i connect.. im getting FTA

is your firmware correct as in 24042011 for the 750 model,if so rebooting of box modem and router as in off for 30 secs then on.iconn might also have to be switched on and off and on a number of times also to get a connection for an ip addy.

And how are you connecting it to your broadband connection? I presume you have an Iconnector with it?

Sorry I see you have, so is your cable split, have you tried flashing it back to the latest firmware revision and I presume your BB connection is fine given you are logged on here.

yeah everything is fine there is a 10m ethernet cable the same one that has always been fine... i have flashed back to jan and the one in april no luck though

as i said above iconnect is a fussy thing at times trying to get a connection off and on a number of times it should kick in,when you flashed box are you 100% sure you used the 750 file as the 780 wont work and you also did a factory default/reset.

how many lights are on the iconnect?

hi there.. yeah definately flashed with the 750 firmware the i connect is just hanging on 2 lights

should be 3 i think flickering 4th now and again.

as i said power iconn off and on a number of times

make sure it has the 24042011 firmware on it and you are not going through extensions or surge protection devices.

my KV a750 is still not working grrr and everyone elses is!!!

if the iconnect only has 2 lights on its not making a network connection.
i do see a firmware update for the iconnect in downloads.
