    A massive thank you

    to everyone that helped me get my box back on... after flashing the box umpteen times.... i finally flashed the Iconnect and hey presto!!!

            can any one help plz to get my box up and running i need to pay but do not no were to start. tryed all day yesterday but every time some one sent me a link it was just xxxxxxxxxx and would not let me press on it

                    that sounds as if you need to reboot again your iconnect or box modem and router as its sounds like you have lost the lan connection.

                          i said reboot not reflash as there is a big difference in both,reboot is powering off at rear of box modem and router and iconnect for 30 secs then on,check lights on iconnect after a min or so,off/on a number of times if iconnect only has a few lights showing.
                          reflashing means reloading firmware making sure correct one is used and box reboots,factory default/reset and autoscan for channels with lan removed,plug in when channels are loaded and reboot system.
