You will need a null-modem cable.

hey am new to this, bougt a arnet c700 box. just got box and remote, now only have a few channels, most sayin scrambled or no video, can any1 help

You will need to download the 30/11/08 firmware the instuctions are there aswell. you will need a null cable to send firmware to box
