kv a780 break up or scrambled channel

hi all running a kv a780 through splitter from modem with a 15db attuenator block on ive tried allsorst of things bius still getting bad break up and scrambled or no signal for 1 min then channel comes back on then break up then message again but then sum channels have no problems but only a few n usuall the movie channels are okish any help or advise will b great

Give it a go without the attuenator and whats your signal level.................
