anybody had problems with kryptview 780 menus freezing or just not working connected to samsung tv when i disconect scart after 5 seconds i can move up and down channels on box but connect it back remote will only work for about 20 seconds anybody shed a bit of light on this problem

replaced batteries tryed different remote different kryptview still getting the same problem

try another tv,if box works ok then tv setting might need adjustment.

hi the controller is a main prob the circuit board stops working when pushing buttons as they were out, try checking remote with a phone camera on and pressbuttons you should see infa red light if falshes controller fault mate. 10 quid new one ebay diffrent make works brill
