Kview down in West Mids

My KV seems to have stopped working. Does anyone else have the issue. The correct Network ID is 40973 which only works on FTA channels. I know its the internet works on it as traffic info is ok. any ideas?

Try factory default and rescan m8, should resolve it.

well am watching ssp1 on my ky at this very minute have had no problems for a while, is it not a problem with the cable network

must be a vm problem if in your area ,what is your signal and quality like.
