how do i get my kryptview up and running

u need to flash the box with the firmware before it will work,
if you havn't already done that
if so factory default scan, make sure u have right net id

Hey guys haven't a clue how to set my kryptview up I've downloaded firmware to my comp but when I'm trying put into my box it says can't open serial port com 1 ??? Can any 1 help please

do you have a serial/rs232 port on pc tower and a null modem cable,if yes to both on the downloader try changing it to 2 3 or 4

Nope no null cable , just ordered one , was reading that you can just reset manufacturer settings or something then install channels Would you advise this ? I am using a USB serial converter
