Some channels missing and others glitching

why did u update? if all was good, what ur getting at the minute is the best it can be for now.

Hi Asek thanks for the reply, i updated thinking the glitches would go from sky sports, i had also lost cartoon network 1 & 2, disney etc and sky sports 3 and thought that an update might get those channels back. Only bought box about 8 weeks ago so gutted, really hope they will fix.

I've never had baby tv from start and some others also but got used to not having them.

Is there anyway for me to go back to the last fw?

Also cant understand why KV would put out an update to make things worse rather than better surely updates are made to make things better?.

Other than that been really happy with the box and the efforts of the KV team.

So basically it isnt a sw issue?, it seems like it is as it wasn't doing this prior to the upgrade, KV are not trying to kill our boxes via s/w are they LOL??

I wouldnt mind trying to downgrade the s/w anyway you could point me in the right direction or possibly tell me how?.

Hi

I have a a750, its very glitchy, channels keep coming and going, unwatchable at the moment.

Have factory reset and rescanned which made no improvement. unpluged the iconnect and home plugs.

I think i've established there an update for the a780 but is there an update for the a750?

Any help will be much appreciated?

Thanks lagerland for the links, will have a go tomorrow with old s/w if i can get it to work with a bit of luck KV team will have it sorted, there's a champ league match i'd love to watch 2mor, i'm gutted at the moment.

no kv update for 750,old and new firmware having the same effect on the boxes.
