krytview not finding any tp list for any channels

Hello,

A few days ago my channels stop working even channels 1-5, and i tried putting back to default settings and installing the channels again but now on all network types i can't find any tp list and therefore can't find any channels. Please help. Thank you

are u paying subs to ur provider?

netID,s were recently changed in some areas , get the correct netID from your subbed box and use that one on your krypt

that is assuming they havent cut your feed off completely for non-payment

i used to pay for ntl ages ago but nothing at the moment, im guessing they cut the feed off my end, i was able to update to latest firmware but still not letting me scan any tp's and any channels

If you have no subscription with them at all then they will likely of disconnected your cable feed, probably because they need the tap to connect to a newly subscribed neighbour.

Without the feed, you'll get absolutely nothing !
