    kryptview a780

    Hi, I'm new to forums so sorry for my ignorance i've just bought a kryptview a780 and need advice on setting it up, can anyone help, thanks,

    Hi again Iam struggling to download to the A780, I get a message that says UART initialization failed, can anyone help, I hope ,Thanks,

    You will need to download the latest F/W and flash it first mate and welcome to the forum..............

      Kryptview frozen after download! Help

      Hi, I've just downloaded the software update on a new A780 but the box is frozen just showing On on the display, not doing anything,can anyone help please,,,

        the link above that lagerland posted i cant see a valid bin file so what did u flash it with?

          you have flashed with sw that is too old chips have changed in box thats why its say ON and no av output

            Could have been anything. He's had since November so near on 5 months.

              Hi. thanks for your replies, I used the original link from largerland in november when I originally posted, Iam trying to set up a second box for a friend thats why the posts are months apart, thanks alex123 for your reply do you know a link to get more up to date s/w,

                if you have a box then update via lan then you can lift the sw from box with kv loader in code receive name the file to be received and in box send data .or connect your updated box via null modem lead to new box and transfer sw in installation menu click send code and switch on second box and sw will get loaded to new box
