TP's missing

After the software update i can only get 8 TP's were i used to have 50 odd as a result i only get 6 channels i'm all ears

oh my god ya broke it ,did you factory reset then power off at rear for 30 secs to remove old tp data? then power on and autoscan from direct feed no splitters,also remove lan before scan,net ids may have changed for you also.insert lan after channels have loaded and if needed reboot box modem and router to gain a connection.

try a factory default and a rescan, check the net id aswell vm have been messing with them

Ive done all that it just wont get rid of the TP's and search for new ones looks like its toast

yes i did all of the mentioned and it still dont work......i have been around the block you know......just thought i might get some help

scan then do the scan agen it worked for me

Flash the 24/4/11 software back to it see if the TPs come back that are missing nothing 2 lose as it was working b4 the update......................
