Need Help Please

Hi I updated with latest s/w via menu and most channels have become unwatchable, so im trying to flash the box with the 24/09/11 firmware.

Ive always had trouble with this shit with previous box's. It never worked on my laptop because i rekon the adapter from serial to USB was not right. So i used to flash the eurovox on a PC with the Serial crossover cable.

Im sure ive had a similar error before its saying "THE DOWNLOADING IS NOT REQUESTED" Ive checked the comm ports in hardware settings and theres 2 there. Ive tried them both and still get this error. (Im using the STB editor).

Does anyone know why? Cheers.

if you have downloaded via lan then that is the nov software vm have been doing something today some ares been off and others seem to have moved channels if so best factory reset and rescan

OK Thanks a lot. Im just gonna try the old flash now though coz ive managed to start the download with STB. I forgot about switching it off, then back on as i press start ha.
