yes it said download complete then i disconnected it from pc and hooked up to tv

Yes I have both connections in, I have just done a scan for my network area and I'm getting freeview channels but the rest say scrambled.

ur cable u pay subs? its live? u have correct netid using ur subbed box for info?

Sorry not very good with this type of thing I pay my sub. Yes I have correct net ID, I'm getting channels with network cable plugged in but theyre freezing and coming and goin and still cant do software update. I appreciate you tryin to help me

whats coming and going try movies getting anything? if its coming and going must be signal issue u sure ur connections are sound?

I was on SS1 and it was ok for 2 mins the msg came up saying scrambled, will I need the network cable in all the time?

off course u need internet connected all time server probs now as well so u will be getting glitching.

a number of people having problems doing a s/w update,one thing when download was finished did you allow box to reboot before removing from pc?
