after new update scan not picking up sky sports 2 or 4 or news

i have done update today but when i scan its missing sky sports 2 and 4 and sports news i am in knowsley any help would be appreciated thans in advance

its not the update that wont find it you have a problem at your end with either net id or a weak signal ,remove splitters and check connections
