kv update freezes

My KV 750 freezes everytime I download the update.
It searches then starts download but freezes at 99%.
! would try to do it manually via pc, but it doesn't seem to be available... or is it?
Current s/w is 24/4/11. pv3.8

There must be a newer one out there 'cos it scans and finds it.

Any ideas anyone?

Factory reset and try the update again, give it five minutes when it sticks as it usually completes in its own slow time sometimes.

Also do it when the internet is quiet.

first i heard about the update for the 750,it was the update for the 780 that was an online update twice in the last month.when the end comes of the download it cannot verify as correct so wont write to box to install.
