IR Remote Control Extender For Kryptview

    Hi All,
My kryptview box is located in a direction opposite to the television and its so frustrating that i cant find a suitable IR Extender as i am currently facing the remote behind my head to change the channels !!

Even maybe a DIY Job opening up the box removing the IR sensor extending it using a simple wire and placing it where it needs to be , need a quick cheap easy solution dont want to be spending alot as ive allready invested enough to have my wall re plastered with all cabling tunneled behind, any help or ideas appreciated thanks all

Use a selection of carefully positioned mirrors, one may even do the trick.

wonders why you got all the cabling and stuff put in the opposite your tv and behind you, maybe a swivel chair might help

Ha Ha guys very funny, yes a swivel chair would work but would certainly ruin the setup of the bedroom, and when i said a cheap solution i didnt mean turning the room into the circus house of mirrors !! i have attached a pic for all those amazed at why my equipment is facing the other way, simply because its all hidden away at the bedside!

What you could do is get a silvercrest 10 in 1 remote from lidl, it works well but you will have to use the learn function, I use it for my kryptview, sumvision cyclone media player and tv, cost you about ?5.99

Just lean the box over the edge a bit.
