kryptview a780 is tempermental keeps scrambled and video,have tried s/w updates but the problem still occurs anybody got a solution to solve this annoying problem....would be grateful for a rapid response if possible..thanks

Tempremental !
Hi there , we all suffer with the "Scrambled channel and No Video" from time to time when the server is busy or the guys are working on it ! Your problem might be a local problem with VM or you have splitters in your setup which reduces signal strength etc. If your mains VM cable from the wall to the box has a home made F.Connector on the end that you made up yourself.....check the end for a good connection and that none of the outside strands are making contact with the central copper contact !! Try and delete all channels and do a Factory reset after uploading the new update online etc. Make sure you have the best NET iD for your area when you do a scan for channels and leave out the Ethernet cable from the back of the box whilst you do the scan ok . Hopefully these suggestions may put you back on track . Good Luck !
