Hello guys, I have tried to update and it just keeps sticking at 100%. It has been like this for over 30 minutes now. Any idea?

when box reboots its finished.it should have downloaded and installed the firmware and box reboots to show it has taken,if its stuck on 100% power of at back first and check firmware date has updated,and then the usual reset/rescan as per normal.Comment

Ok, thank you for the replies. I am doing it through the remote and then the check for s/w update page. I have tried a few times and also after a factory restore. if i reboot myself, then i check for udate, the same thing happens even though the previous attempt stays on 100%. The Screen shows
'Downloading started above the box that shows 100% downloaded' It just stays like that unles I reboot. Thank you againComment

u need to flash the 750 using that file it updates the iconn allowing u to then update the boxComment

curious as to what box it is is as both the 750 and 780 have different files and are not compatible.Comment

jusie attached file for u use null modem cable to update box then it will update iconn and allow u to update using ur remote then.Comment

Thank you all for the help. all done. I have notice some new features, only hope it improves the channels and consistancy. I have never been one that complains as i know what I bought into and the chance we all take. I cant stand the critics, I'm just delighted to have Disney cinemagic back, worth the money for that channel alone in my house.
