Kryptview A750 No Channels

Have installed latest firmware, done a factory reset and re-scanned for channels, but no sports or movies anyone have any suggestions ??

gibster i had this problem i was on wrong net id check it out factory default settings then rescan on your net id.

Thanks that's done the trick ,got the TP sorted out now the stations are there.a few glitches but am grateful
