channels keep going off

I'm in brum and have no working channels either. Has anyone else got same problem and have solved it. Tried to reflash box and update but no better.

box has to have the latest firmware to work,there have been problems with vm in the last few days,you will need to see if box can update or post what firmware is on yours.

channels all on in east london a bit glitchy espn is bad at the moment im using lewisham i tried new ip haringay but i never got half the channels so back to lewisham glitchy espn but its on im using nov 2011 update, problems could be the weather.! you never know

Channels in West London are also unstable today but return after 90 seconds usually.

same here in newcastle m8 , not sure if weather has anything to do about but just lately every time its been really windy channels keep glithching
