a780 problems

hi guys just got a kv a780 for me and my mum when i have went through the motions to update the firmware it said completed successfully on the uploader and then rebooted but the boxes both just say (on) in the display and no signal on the tv..? its as if they are froze or something and now i cant do anything with them.. how do i get the oooo back on the front to reflash or is there a fix.? thanks

have u pressed on button on remote?

u using tower or lappy to load f/w? did u follow http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...utorial-42524/ to the letter?

cant get into any menus on the box at all just comes up on the tv as no signal

yes everything went according to the upload right til the end even said completed successful and when it rebooted it just stuck at saying on in the display as i said :-(

what did u flash it with? tower or lappy? did u use the kv loader to load f?w on it? what bin file did u use? answer these please.
