My second kryptview

Hi Folks,
As i will be getting my second kryptview for the weans bedroom, What will be the easiest and quickest way to get the second box up and running (flashing). Do i have to flash the new one again or can it be connected to the old one and be updated automatically. Not too clever with these kind of things, all help will be well appreciated.

best if you can flash it with a pc with xp and serial port,or you could do a box to box flash,but warning do it wrong you will have 2 blank boxes.
when box is flashed do a s/w update to make sure its upto date.before a factory reset and rescanning
