Kryptview LAN Problem

Hi, I am not currently receiving channels as the box is not showing as connected to my router, no LAN light is on I have tried rebooting the router and the box, latest firmware is on also, when scanning, I also scanned without the blue connection to the router

might be a faulty cable,you are using the latest firmware are you?what date is it showing.

Cable has been tested with PS3 goes online no problems Latest Firmware I have Im sure was 02/12/2011

can you check the file you have on pc that you downloaded,or was the box working before.

The file is from the dk site, 021211 version, also shows as updated on the installation menu

KVA750-02122011 : that one is for the wrong box if thats what you downloaded,i would reflash again using the latest 780 file and do a s/w update and a factory reset/rescan

Thank You all channels restored, flashed with the bin file from the dk site, then when LAN Connection was available again, updated to the latest bin file and all are working fine.
