Hi,
I need help with this KryptviewA780 box it has the update of 2010, i have followed the guide on here, but i keep encountering a problem... ive down loaded the loader and an firmware update for april 2011, my operating system is XP... i have a null modem cable with usb adaptor.... all drivers installed.
When i go to transfer the firmware to the KV box i get a message come up on my laptop that says STB Editor" The Downloading is not requested"....
Can anyone point me in the right direction or any help out there if theres anything missing?
