KV blue screen

hi,

I just got my new KV A780 box in the morning and so i got the KtV loader and uploaded the the bin files, i followed all the steps as in forum and it said successfully or done. the i pluged it to the TV and all i see is blue screen i cahanged from scart to audio/video cable same thing so i put the bin from the fourms the KV780 FTA bin file same thing. all the box shows in ON nothing changes if i click anything, please help me find a way please, i need help.

its been posted loads of times problem is because you have loaded an old sw into box use the sw on this forum and will be ok the sw you have loaded was for first version of 780 with differant chip set

this mate, i am in the menu mode BUT now i cant get any areas to select when i scan the KV box is there something i am doing wrong? i am with virgin but i tried both Ntl and Telewest, all it does is Network scan and say already exists, no choice to select my area.
