Lost most channels about an hour ago ?

Some experts are advising us to do a rescan but I've tried that and it doesn't work What about you? And if the TPs have changed, will that be picked up automatically by a Powerscan?

I've done another re-scan and still got them few channels, no more but no less. So dont think it matters at the moment (reading the other thread VM changes) seems to explain it, but not sure if the box will get itself sorted or will we need to update ?? not sure, best wait and see me thinks ;-)

Nothing to do with VM changes, more likely just having server problems. Not been to many outages in recent months so can't really complain.

It's not all off, but most, skysports off, but espn channels r still on, music, & movies r off, let's just hope it comes back on, without having to pay a sub

Ive done a software update via the menu.
Once complete i have then rescanned. After 5 mins all channels back
