he isnt grasping this he thinks we are all having probs because one or two others on different forums or having probs, but it could be local provider fault even if its minor a s/w fault an internet prob or router prob, but he should grasp its defo not a countrywide chanells gone off.

I never said "all" were having problems. I simply wrote that I was deffo not the only person with difficulties overnight and this morning

Thanks to all of you for the advice-I have finally worked it out-My software was indeed out of date-It was dated 12 November 2011 and the most recent is actually 29 November 2011. I downloaded it using my remote and then rescanned. Now everything has returned
