Channels have gone off again

Have no channels either. Even after restart and new scan.

It happened on Friday past as well.

Same here but am currently scanning This message board has great people on it, so don't be shy-Just ask for helplike I did

well its ur end mic could be ur router or broadband or homeplugs if u have them that are nackered

I have no splitters and signal strength is never less than 82
This is extremely frustrating

They are all almost brand new and everything was working perfectly until now. I also have no problems with my broadband and have tested the Ethernet Cable

try reflashing the box then strange 1 ive had 2 kvs 1 for 24 month and the other is 2 month old working fine here so its defo ur end hense i have 2 on the 1 router

Before I do that, I have just looked at my Software again-Is 29 November 2011 really the most recent?

Thanks to you and everyone else here for all the advice. I am currently rescanning as I think my Software was out of date after all

All my channels are now working I hadn't realised my S/W wasn't the most recent.
