Excellent advice. I hadn't realised until today I was still using old S/W and it hadn't affected my KV before .The S/W you need is 29 November 2011 pv4.1.00 H/W version: v 3.0.0

ahh the old firmware was switched off and people that did not do theirs in november paid the price of a blank screen .

Looks that way. I dont have a Kv on at the moment but had a few phone calls and using the normal process of elimination came to the conclusion that the boxes affected needed updating.

Probably a shift in server for the coding.

The mistake I made was not asking what date in November people meant when they referred to the current S/W. There were TWO dates in November and I had the previous one (12th) not the current one (29th)
