How can I get my radio channels in the correct order?

Thanks again to all of you who helped me yesterday. The most recent S/W update was all I needed to get my channels back
I just have one problem now which wasn't there before. While my TV channels are all in sequential order (so if you go through the channels,it's 101,102.103 etc). my radio channels are in no particular order and out of sequence. When I press EPG, I see they are in a random sequence as well. This was definitely not happening before

That's a good idea Thanks. Or I suppose that I could just choose my Favourites

It's strange though that they were not out of sequence until I Rescanned yesterday and that the TV channels are still easy to follow

if you make up your own favorites with remote then you need to disable standby scan as you will spend hours sorting out and standby scan will undo them

I have my KV on PowerScan . Does this mean my Favourites will change every day? The Favourites are still working today, so it seems to be okay

What it means is if you change the preset favorites to your own choice, once you put the box into standby the power scan mode will undo your work and put them back to the preset state.

Howevr if you find the powercan in the settings and switch powerscan off they will not be affected. Only problem here is if any frequencies are changed you will have to rescan to get any lost channels back and at the same time the channels will go back to the preset state.

Save your self the bother and just get used to where they all are.

I have POWER SEARCH MODE on (I assume it is the default setting) and have not noticed any of my Favourite channels changing but I will take your advice and note the radio channels I may require-If it was the TV channel sequence that was causing difficulties,it would be more important to sort it out

When in Radio mode just press the ok button and the full list will appear. Well it used to but I havn't got a KV running at the moment.

Yes-The full list appears but in numerical order. That's why I started this thread yesterday and asked for assistance

Best thing would be to get a sub with Virgin. Even then its no all perfect.
