    Hi,

I delete all channels and factory reset before scanning, I made a mistake there,. I normally get 4 Channel ID's including the glasgow, which is the one I normally select, which normally gives me TP 54.
This time it auto loads 8 Channel ID's and immediately begins loading them, without finding any channels.

Factory reset the box and power off for 10 seconds.

              Power on and scan.

              Auto scan
              Select correct provider hit ok
              Press green button
Let the net ids drop in ant leave for ten seconds til they are all there.
Select correct id and press ok.

                DW190,
tried tat, the problem is that it wont let me select a ID, as soon as the 8 ID's are identified it goes straight to finding channels, which do not appear.

                    alex123,
I have factory reset, been doing all day, the problem is I dont get to select network ID.
Previously, I only had 4 network ID's with glasgow as one of them, which I selected, now I'm no even getting the option to choose which network ID.
I did notice that all the network ID's are 0000
Hope thats a clue for some of the more techeads

Test all your cables and inparticular any screw on ends that may have a wire shorting. Also remove any splitters yoou may be using. You dont need the internet to scan so if you have a virgin modem you candisconnect it while you scan the box with a direct cable feed.

what firmware is on your box,it should be 29112011,if not box will need a s/w update first.when scanning on the coaxial cable is that from the strongest feed no splitters or extensions if not you will end up with lost channels.
