lost sports

hi kvrs, ive just came back after being away for a week to find i lost the sport and most of the film channels,ive done the scan in my id but most of the sports are missing, ive tried a few other areas but im getting less, they might come back,but what is the correct way to leave the box, on standby or other,if your away any length of time. im sure i left mine on a sport channel and it might have froze on me. any suggestions will be appreciated.

ye m8 do a fac def and scan from a direct feed also re boot yer router make sure you scan on correct net id should sort it out m8 lets know how yer get on

sounds like you have a bad signal comeing into your house and have you updated your software ?

what s/w are you on m8 if you didnt do last update you will have probs so go to menu installation press 0000 and go to s/w update if it does update to newer s/w then do fac def then a scan hope this helps m8

yep taf im on the right date 11/12 ok, it was working fine when i left, ive got a spare 750 im gonny try it sunday morn for the footy on sly 1. i will let you know how i get on

the s/w on 780 should be 29/11/2011 and if yer on 750 i think latest on that is 04/12/2011 so i think this may be why yer havin probs m8

hi guys, yep the 780 shows the 29/11/2011. im sure the 750 is dec 2011. im connecting it in the morning,i will let you no. cheers, hi guys ive just connected the 750 the update shows 02/12/2011. when i connected it was showing results of the last scan in january, listing all the sports chanels but only sly 2 working same as the other box im doing a small scan now to see whats what,............................i just done the full scan the lot, on the 750. im getting the same chanels as the 780. so its the feed then. cheers for your advise and time.
