I've put an old 780 file in the downloads. After flashing use the software update on the installation menu and the box will update online.

would the file not be seen as 03012011 in the firmware,no idea what happened to the 24042011?

I only wish I'd done it on Friday as I was in Cheshire on Saturday. Had a walk round Chester and Cheshire Oaks. Boy has that place grown since I was last there some 12 years ago. I take it your box updated online then.
