Lost all chanels apart from freeview on a780

Hy guys and girls last night at about 23:00 i lost all chanels appart from the free ones i have tried reset and rescan but no avail is it a wider problem or just me if so anything else i can do only had it running for two weeks!!

This ia NOT a KV problem all channels but a few are working.
Must be a local problem check your VM sub box if you have one.

have you tried powering box modem and router off at back for 30secs then on?

yep tried it a couple of times i am SE in Essex well thats 3 of us at least
