HI Does anyone know if there is a fix for the arnet box crashing and what cable is needed to do it ? thanks

Hi you will need to go to download section and download the loader and the 29/11/08 firmware. The cables you need are the 9 pin female to 9 pin female rs232 Null cable, if you using laptop you will need to get 9 pin female to usb null cable

Hi thanks very much for the info it worked great, sorry to ask again but my channels have all moved into 2000+ numbers and not in order any ideas? thanx

Check in system info does it say 26/09/08 if so this is correct firmware you put on, then do factory reset and rescan for channels again remebering to select correct provider for you area. The kryptview auto sorts channels so should be in order. 0101 bbc1, 0102 bbc2 and so on also if you use green button you should see them all in catorgaries movies, sport, etc
