kryptview off ???

today all the movies stopped working ...
except 403 WHICH HAS NEVER WORKED FOR ME but is now the only movie channel thats is workin all the rest of the channels are fine

that i have 403

do a fac def and scan and they will all come back on m8

Kryptview A780 down in Wolverhampton Net ID. 40973. All pay channels down.

Tried:
1) Factory Default > Rescan on Same Net ID and other Wolverhampton NetID's - No luck

2) Checked internet connection - box is receiving weather updates and software update completed also.

Any idea's?? Any one else out in this Area?

For those who had outage - how long before it came back?!
