hi guys, my box has stopped working the 780. ive tried all the moves,but nothing, on the menu i go through the usual delete/factory settings/ but when it searches for net id i get nothing. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

did you get cut off,coaxial in box connected correctly and what firmware is on box? -
yea new update 29/11/11. all wires in place, outside box has splitter but no signe of tampering.it was working fine yesterday. last resort i will take it to a mates connect it there to see if it works.cheers for nowComment

it maybe a breakdown in the vm network,also try powering off box modem and router for 30 secs then on
did you scan the correct provider.Comment

cheers guys, ive tried all the usual things. i will look on the street when light, i lost all the films accept the shite ones the other day but i gained a sport channel when i could scan i tried everywhere from south london to derby you would be surprised in the channel difference.Comment

well guys, a miracle has occured, i was takin the box apart to sell it,and tried putting all the wires back in i tried the vm cable on another port and presto, scanned the box, ive even got all the ~~~~in sports and film channels on. so never stop givin up cheers to my helpers. good luck

why should we give up the box is working great it was a simple freq change for moviies which you could not sort and you also seem to have a connection problem as you could not find any ids not a miracleComment
