HD Channels Only

Hi All,

Since Wednesday I have scanned and factory reset about 10 times , I also have the latest Nov software. I only recieve the HD movie channels my TP is Sevenoaks and I have tried Watford and Crawley but no joy.

Any Ideas?

i had the same problem last week,i turned the box off for a few hours, back on and scanned, im in east london but instead of lewisham i scanned on seven kings, all working now, i did my mates to and his is back on. good luck

box is not hd so you cannot get them,boxes were down earlier and now back again.

Unplugged since yesterday, tried again same thing only picks up HD channels. Any other suggestions?

can you try other provider or net id to see what may have moved

why did u scan in first place? u sure u havnt been cut of? scanning on sat instead of cable maybe?

I scanned because the movie channels disappered and now they are only scanning in HD. what do you mean Sat?

did u factory default reset and then rescan on cable network?

yes - just did it again and the same issue. is any one else in scanning sevenoaks having the same problem?

Presume you are scanning on Network
Installation-Auto Search-Channel Search=Network

Receiving only HD channels could mean the box is only scanning on 256 Qam
Try Installation/Manual Search/Modulation change to 64 Qam

Hi, did what you suggested same thing only HD movie channels . All the rest of the channels are fine.

if you want an instant solution to the hd movie problem...take your box to a friends house who isnt having the problem connect his box to yours and do a channel data transfer.....and it will work

You confused me (easy done) thought you were only receiving HD channels nothing else.
Your are a TP missing all Sky movie channels move to the same TP apart from 403 Showcase.
Scan direct from the wall socket no splitter
