No or bad signal

Hi,

Both me and a friend are getting a "no or bad signal" on our boxes. Anyone have any idea what's going on. We both live in different parts of Newcastle. Normally, I would just assume that it's a loose connection somewhere. But i've checked all that and so has my pal. Both nothing. Seems a bit odd that we've got the same problem.

same here in newcastle as well only geting 1-5

theres a lot of boxes in newcastle and are working if you guys are getting no signal then you should fix the problem at your end nothing to do with kv box it cant work if tw have cut you off
