The movie channels are still the same glitching really badly (only showcase is "sometimes" normal but rest just keep glitching).

I dont understand why its happening because in past they been working fine, and i have not changed anything since i got my box back in 2010 except the software updates when they have needed it and full factory re-set and scan when thats been needed. Network id ive always chosen right one for my area.

Its so puzzling that only the movie channels are affected.

had a similar problem a few weeks back getting bad or no signal on movie channels except for showcase on my 2 boxes i tried everything but couldnt sort it and give up trying come in one day and my son was watching the movies nobody had touched it so put it down to vm but they were off for about 2 weeks

yeah my mates movie channels are still jumping aswell, still no change as i previously posted. my box is fine however mtv music channels have a little glitch but have done for weeks now.

think its a case of riding it out if you have done everything reccomended its a vm problem like mine was and then everything was fine without touching anything

if you get no signal message i would check your connections and coax coming into your house as it may be you have a bad connection or faulty cable ?

strange my box is working great, happy days i know, movies working fine, however my mate 3 doors down isnt, his movies only where glitching like mad aswell and now when factory reset in the area tp and close by ones i cant get the sky movies coming up??? just showcase. what way do i get them back???

maybe your box is a 780 and your mates a 790

Just seen that Im getting signal strength of 56 for the movie channels and between 82-88 for all the other main channels like s.sports etc. Anyone know why im getting a low signal for only the movie channels?

maybe your box is a 780 and your mates a 790

nah mate both are a780, exactly the same, problem is now, done sw update the delete all channels and rescanned and back to normal, only sky movie channel coming up is showcase, all other sky movie channels are missing. i am doing this with no splitter, direct from the feed. i have also tried other close by areas for scanning but same on them all. why is this and how do i get the sky movie channels back up, any help much appreciated guys
