I have a Arnet A700C I am having problems with software it not getting any chanels its was working now its all gone off can anyone help

If it just suddenly died then it's most likely an issue with the cable network in your area, i.e someone has maybe cut through a line or something like that.
If you can still see BBC1, ITV etc and all the others like Sky Movies are missing then start to worry.

However as Witchy says if it has just went off it will be either the keyroll yesterday just be patient (although these boxes are normally very fast) or work being done in your area.Comment
